Sadly not everyone has a Rock On shop at their local climbing wall, so for those people we are always happy to send stuff out.

We always want to talk to you about what you need so we encourage you to give us a call rather than you just picking things off lists from websites, catalogues or brochures, We’re here to help so why not use our knowledge and experience.

This should help us all be sure that your equipment is right for you and remove the concerns that some people have about shopping by card on the internet. We also promise not to keep your details on record, not to use them for future marketing/junk mailing and not to pass them on to third parties.

Mail orders are usually sent from our London shop so it is probably best to phone there though the staff in our Guildford and Birmingham shops are equally able to advise/inform/dissuade/cajoule you and can take your payment details if you prefer.
